The Town Green is transformed into an old time marketplace and fair, featuring a 19th century "Base Ball Game" -- the Newtown Sandy Hooks vs. New York Gothams, featuring rules, uniforms and equipment from the late 1800s! Game Times: 11am and 1pm.

Stroll through the marketplace to see beekeepers, a blacksmith demonstration, goat milk soaps and local fruit and vegetable stands. Tour through the Sun Tavern, Academy Schoolhouse and create your own baseball pennant cheering your favorite team in the KidZone.

Julie wants to try out for the boys basketball team, will she succeed? Learn about “Bloomer Girls” and women breaking barriers in sports. We’ll have a fun snack inspired by the 1970s and make our own souvenirs.
